Service was "Excellent" received part in timely manner. Installation is simple after watching Repair Video product now runs like New after 4yrs of service from old pump.

Pump

I’ve been using Hydrofloss irrigators for decades and it not until just a few years ago these pumps started wearing out in my opinion, much too soon. I’ve never had this much trouble with the older units. They worked flawlessly for years on end. I still have one of them as a backup that must be 10-12 years old with the original pump and it works perfectly. Very dissatisfied with the newer one.
