excellent service - I was surprised that when I wrote back I received a personal reply from David almost immediately. Most places don't bother to reply or you will receive a form letter (email) later. The parts were correct. Now I have not only a new water container but I was also able to use the parts in the kit to repair my original container (lost the ring for it down the drain).

I am a big fan of your Hydro Floss system. My reservoir had a crack and was leaking. Your response time was excellent as well as the replacement part. A quick question I have had my Hydro Floss for five years how long do they last and when should I replace it? Thanks, Nicholas
